Zucchini Roulade!
The perfect zucchini roulade! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Pancake batter:
- 4 Pc. Free range eggs
- 100 g Quark
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 230 g Flour
- 40 g Brown butter
rasped:
- 300 g Zucchini green
- 0,5 Pc. Grated carrots
- 1 Pc. Red onion, diced
- 0,5 bunch Finely chopped parsley
- 80 g Cracow
Is required :
- 1 Pc. 4 eckiges Backblech
- 1 Pc. Parchment paper
sprinkle on baking paper:
- 2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan
- 100 g Grated Emmental
Preface:

Dough :
