Garlic Crispbread
The perfect garlic crispbread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- Bread flour from
- Dried
- Whole grain bread
- 4 tbsp Garlic granules
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
- Water as needed
- Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl, I made it with my kitchen fairy – my food processor – then add the vegetable broth and garlic granules.
- And now fill up so much water until a smooth dough is formed …. the whole thing then has to rest and swell for about 15 minutes … add water, the dough must not stick to the spoon
- Place the dough on a baking sheet, line it with baking paper, spread it out and cut into it with a pizza roller.
- Bake for about 1 hour at about 150 degrees and now and then cut the grooves with a knife, so they can be better divided when they are finished.
- When they’re done, cut them apart and decide whether the tray should stay in the oven. That depends on how thick the dough was spread on the tray …… Delicious 🙂
