Garlic Crispbread

The perfect garlic crispbread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Bread flour from
  • Dried
  • Whole grain bread
  • 4 tbsp Garlic granules
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • Water as needed
  1. Put the breadcrumbs in a bowl, I made it with my kitchen fairy – my food processor – then add the vegetable broth and garlic granules.
  2. And now fill up so much water until a smooth dough is formed …. the whole thing then has to rest and swell for about 15 minutes … add water, the dough must not stick to the spoon
  3. Place the dough on a baking sheet, line it with baking paper, spread it out and cut into it with a pizza roller.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour at about 150 degrees and now and then cut the grooves with a knife, so they can be better divided when they are finished.
  5. When they’re done, cut them apart and decide whether the tray should stay in the oven. That depends on how thick the dough was spread on the tray …… Delicious 🙂
