Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • 8 Pepper, hot pickled
  • oil
  • Salt
  • possibly cheese (cream cheese or grated)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and thinly slice the cloves, and chop the peppers into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, fry the garlic and peppers until golden brown. Add the drained pasta to the pan, mix thoroughly, and serve immediately. If desired, stir in some cream cheese and/or top with a little grated cheese.
