Garlic Sauce: An Easy Recipe

Garlic sauce can be eaten with just about anything. It is quick and easy to prepare. The sauce tastes particularly good with meat.

Garlic sauce – ingredients

For the garlic sauce you need the following ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons yogurt
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 dash of vinegar
  • 1 pinch of sugar

Preparation of the garlic sauce

The ingredients are now mixed in the following way:

  1. Peel the garlic and dice it small.
  2. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and mustard. Then stir in the garlic.
  3. Put the sauce in the fridge for half an hour. Then season them with salt, pepper, and sugar and serve them cold.
