Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock cube, vegetarian
  • 2 tbsp curdled milk (cream curdled milk)
  • possibly sauce thickener, vegetable
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the onions and sauté in butter until translucent. Add the water and the garlic (you may want to sauté the garlic first). Season with the vegetable stock cube and simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream, thicken with the sauce thickener if desired, and sprinkle with the parsley.
