Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg apples
  • 100 ml water
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and core the apples, then boil them with water in a pressure cooker for 2 minutes or in a regular pot for 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve and season with sugar and, if desired, cinnamon.
