  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar, or other vinegar, e.g. Aceto Balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree all ingredients in a blender or with an immersion blender (the Moors still used a mortar and pestle). Season with salt.
