Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pear(s)
  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • ½ tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 400 ml oat milk (oat drink)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Muesli to drink

Wash the pear, halve it, remove the core, and blend it in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Alternatively, you can use almond milk or a sweet apple (depending on your taste).
