Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 steak(s) or schnitzel or comb meat
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • salt and pepper
  • Mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

Peel and slice the onions. Brush the meat slices with mustard, then season with salt and pepper. In a sealable container, place a layer of onion and then a slice of meat. Alternate layers of onion and meat on top. Finally, pour a bottle of beer over the meat. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. To grill, simply drain the meat slices; do not pat them dry. Remove the onions as well, as they will burn on the grill and taste bitter.
