Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 large mushrooms
- 50 g cheese, cut into pieces
- 10 slices of raw ham
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dany’s Wrap Mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms and twist out the stems. Place a piece of cheese into each mushroom and wrap a slice of ham around each one. Secure with a toothpick and place on the grill. Tip: The cheese you use is up to you. I usually make some with feta cheese, some with mozzarella, and some with Gouda cheese. The cheese shouldn’t be too spicy, though, as the ham becomes quite hearty from grilling. This is super quick and always a hit at our barbecues.
