GDR sausage and cheese salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cheese, e.g. Gouda
  • 300 g sausage (hunting sausage)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp, whipped Miracel Whip, or mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and spices into a creamy consistency. Cut the cheese and sausage into equal-sized cubes, and dice the onion into smaller cubes. Add everything to the cream and stir. Let it sit overnight, ideally.
