Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of basil, leaves only
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 ½ tbsp pine nuts
  • 40 g quark
  • 30 g Parmesan, grated
  • 30 g grated feta cheese
  • some butter
  • n. B. Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and dry the basil leaves, then crush them in a mortar with the garlic and pine nuts. Add the quark and grated cheese and continue to crush the mixture until well blended. Gradually stir in the butter and the required amount of oil. The sauce should be well-blended and thick. Before pouring it over the pasta, etc., season to taste and thin with 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
