Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,500 g kale
  • 100 g lard
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • ¼ liter broth (or water)
  • 250 g pieces of meat and sausage, fatty

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the prepared kale into thin strips. Sauté the finely chopped onions in hot fat, add the vegetables, and top up with hot liquid. Add the meat and sausage pieces and season with salt. Cook for 1/4 hour on high heat, then for another 60 minutes on low heat.
