Ingredients
 

  • 1 Pc. Orange
  • 8 Pc. Mint leaves
  • 400 g Grapefruit sorbet
  • 1 liter Sparkling wine
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cut the orange into small quarters. Then wash the mint leaves and pour 5 scoops of grapefruit sorbet into each glass. Pour some sparkling wine over it and drape 1 orange quarter and 2 mint leaves (per glass) over it. Finally, a little more powdered sugar, over the sorbet, seven.
