Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 1.3 kg minced beef, alternatively mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Fat for the mold
  • 1 package of shepherd’s cheese
  • ½ head of lettuce
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 5 small gherkins
  • 5 slices of cheese
  • e.g. hamburger sauce
  • e.g. ketchup
  • n. B. fried onions

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the minced meat, egg, and yogurt and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Grease a 26cm (10″) cake tin and fill with about half of the minced meat, then crumble the feta cheese on top. Spread the remaining minced meat on top. Place the tin on the lowest rack in the preheated oven. In the meantime, wash the lettuce leaves, slice the tomatoes and cucumber, and set everything aside. After about an hour, remove the cake tin, add the sliced ​​cheese, and return the tin to the oven. Place the flatbread on a baking rack and place it in the preheated oven for five to eight minutes, until crispy and the cheese on the burger has melted. Remove the flatbread and cut it in half. Spread the burger sauce on the bottom side, followed by the lettuce. Place the patty on the lettuce using two spatulas and spread with ketchup. Arrange the tomato and cucumber slices on top. Place the top half of the flatbread on top, spread burger sauce on top and then sprinkle the fried onions on top.
