Giant Prawns with Bread and Butter

- 360 g / approx. 20 pieces 1 Packung Riesen-Garnelen TK
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Ketchup Manis
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 Discs Bread and butter with salt
- Pour the contents of the package into a hot, coated pan and fry 4 – 5 at medium temperature with occasional turns. When the prawns have turned red on both sides, add butter (1 tbsp) and continue frying for 2-3 minutes on the highest setting. Finally, drizzle with sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp) and season with coarse sea salt from the mill. Serve the king prawns with sandwiches.
