Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 stalks of ground elder
- 1 stalk of ground ivy
- 1 sprig of peppermint
- 1 liter apple juice
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- n. B. mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes

Tie the herbs into a bouquet and hang them in the apple juice. Press firmly and refrigerate for about 3 hours. Remove the herbs and add the lemon juice. Top up with mineral water, if desired.
