Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp clove(s), ground
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 6 bulb(s) ginger, finely chopped candied (or more if you like)
- 300 g syrup, light
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 400 g flour (wheat flour)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients with a hand mixer to make a batter. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.
