Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g jacket potatoes
- 8 tbsp quark (20% fat)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise, reduced calorie
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 2 tsp capers
- lemon(s)
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
- lettuce leaves
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the jacket potatoes. Mix the quark with mayo and lemon juice until smooth. Press the garlic over the quark and stir again. Finely chop the anchovy fillets and add them to the quark along with the capers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Line a shallow plate with lettuce leaves, place the quark on top, add the jacket potatoes, and sprinkle with dill.
