Ginger Chicken with Mango,

  • 5 Chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 piece Fresh ginger approx. 1 cm
  • Chilli flakes
  • 0,5 Fresh mango

… coconut rice with almonds and turmeric

  • 100 Milliliters Coconut milk
  • 100 Milliliters Water
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped almonds
  • 60 g Long grain rice
  • 0,5 Fresh shallot
  • 10 g Butter
  • Turmeric

… and sugar snap peas

  • 50 g Sugar snap
  • Salt
  • 10 g Butter

Serving

  • Mint fresh

Ginger Chicken with Mango,

  1. Wash and dry the meat, cut into pieces. Mix honey with lemon juice and oil. Peel and grate the ginger. Grind the chilli flakes over it and stir everything thoroughly. Mix with the meat and cover and chill for two hours.
  2. Fry the meat with the marinade in a non-stick pan. Peel the mango, cut off wedges and cut into cubes. Add to the meat and fry only briefly.
