Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 lemons
- 150 g ginger root
- 120 g cane sugar
- 1 liter of mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thinly peel the lemon zest. Slice one lemon and juice the others. Peel and chop the ginger. Mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, and sugar and let it steep for 2 hours. Strain into glasses, top up with mineral water, and serve with the lemon slices.
