Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g fresh ginger
- 20 g turmeric root, fresh
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 1 large orange(s)
- 2 lemons
- 50 ml honey or agave syrup
- 1 tsp olive oil, good quality
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the ginger, turmeric, and apple and cut into small cubes (be sure to wear gloves when handling the turmeric, otherwise your hands will turn yellow!). Squeeze the orange and lemons. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized, tightly sealed bottle. Tip: If you don’t like chunks or fibers, you can strain the liquid through a fine sieve or use cheesecloth. Drink the shot in small portions. A shot glass in the morning helps boost your immune system. The shot will keep for 5-6 days in the refrigerator.
