Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g ginger
- 4 organic lemons
- 1 organic orange(s)
- 0.7 liters of water
- 200 g honey
- 1 bunch peppermint, of your choice
Instructions

Cut the ginger into small pieces, unpeeled but briefly rinsed. Thinly peel the 4 lemons and the orange with a vegetable peeler. Squeeze out the juice and mix it well with the honey. Simmer the peels with the ginger pieces in 700 ml of water for 20 minutes over low heat. If desired, add the fresh mint after a few minutes and let it simmer. Then strain everything through a sieve and let it cool. Only now add the juice and honey mixture. Mix everything well and pour into a clean, sealable container. This healthy and delicious concoction will keep for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator. It will cure any cold instantly.
