Gingerbread à la Grandpa

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g honey
  • 500 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1,500 g flour
  • 2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1 pack of gingerbread spice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients and make a well in the center. Add the eggs and honey to the well and knead everything into a smooth dough. If the dough is a bit too runny, simply chill it a bit longer; otherwise, continue working. Roll out the dough to about 1 cm thick and cut out shapes. Bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes.
