Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g chocolate coating (milk chocolate coating)
- 400 g butter
- 200 g hazelnuts, ground
- 200 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 300 g brown sugar
- 15 g gingerbread spice
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 8 eggs
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 pinches of salt
- Fat for the mold
- 200 g chocolate coating (milk chocolate coating)
- 60 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Christmassy
Melt 400g of chocolate coating with the butter. Combine the hazelnuts with the baking powder, sugar, salt, gingerbread spice, and eggs. Add the butter-chocolate mixture and mix well. Grease a large rectangular springform pan. Pour in the batter and bake at 160°C for about 40 minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from the pan. For the glaze, melt the remaining chocolate coating with 60g of butter and mix well. Spread the glaze on the still-warm cake and let it set. Cut into rectangles and serve.
