Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 200 ml Amaretto
- 250 g gingerbread, without wafers, crumbled
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Using up leftover gingerbread
Mix everything into a dough, pour into a springform pan and bake at 160 degrees for about 50-60 minutes.
