Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 55 g corn (popcorn)
- 120 g butter
- 2 tbsp syrup (molasses)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- ¼ tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Prepare the popcorn as usual and divide it between two ungreased baking sheets measuring 33 x 23 x 5 cm. Heat the remaining ingredients and, once the butter has melted, pour over the popcorn. Mix well. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring and turning halfway through. Let cool. The popcorn will keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
