Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, instant
- n. B. sugar or sweetener
- 1 tbsp hazelnuts or almonds, ground

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes
Gingerbread flavored pudding, easy, quick and inexpensive.
I usually prepare the pudding in a very large mug in the microwave (600 watts, 7 minutes), but it works in a saucepan, too. Pour some milk into a small bowl, bring the rest to a boil or at least heat it up. Stir all the remaining ingredients into the bowl. Add the nuts (if you like it crunchy), and the cocoa powder for color. Add to the milk, stir well, and bring back to a boil or microwave for 1 minute.
