Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 35 g cinnamon
- 9 g cloves
- 2 g coriander
- 2 g all-spice
- 2 g ginger
- 2 g cardamom
- 2 g mace or nutmeg

Basic spice for gingerbread
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and either seal in an airtight container or use immediately. Of course, you can also use the ingredients whole and then grind them in a mortar and pestle. This spice is enough for 1.5 kg of gingerbread dough. Suitable for seasoning gingerbread, but also for desserts, cakes, and muffins.
