Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g oat flakes
  • 4 stalk(s) Confectionery (Giotto)
  • 50 g almonds, chopped
  • 1 pack of cream pudding powder or almond pudding powder
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tbsp, heaped Nutella
  • n. B. Hazelnut glaze for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 36 minutes

Mix all ingredients with the dough hook of a hand mixer. Crush the Giotto biscuits with a fork beforehand. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Once cooled, decorate the cookies with hazelnut icing.
