Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 carrots
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 10 g ginger root
- 2 garlic cloves
- 20 g honey
- Sea salt
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Winter antipasti
Peel the carrots, slice them thinly, and sauté them in olive oil. Peel and finely dice the ginger and garlic, and add them. Add the honey. Season with balsamic vinegar and salt.
