Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s) (bunched carrots)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Wash and slice the carrots. Finely chop the parsley. Heat the sugar in a saucepan until dissolved. Then add the sliced ​​carrots and stir. Add the butter, stir vigorously again, and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in the parsley. This is especially good as a side dish for pork fillet or poultry.
