Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s) (bunched carrots)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 bunch of parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and slice the carrots. Finely chop the parsley. Heat the sugar in a saucepan until dissolved. Then add the sliced carrots and stir. Add the butter, stir vigorously again, and cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in the parsley. This is especially good as a side dish for pork fillet or poultry.
