Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g carrot(s)
- Salt
- 2 tbsp condensed milk or cream
- 3 tbsp cane sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp nuts, chopped

Wash and grate the carrots, then halve or third them depending on their size. Add 1/2 liter of water with salt and canned milk to a saucepan and cook the carrots for 10-15 minutes, then drain well. Heat the sugar with 2 tablespoons of water in a pan, melt the butter, and heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the carrots and simmer gently for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve sprinkled with nuts.
