- ½ celery

- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper

Side dish for raclette
Anyone can make raclette. For this side dish, wash and trim half a celery stalk, and finely chop the stalks. Peel the onions and slice them into thin rings. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the celery for about 5-10 minutes, then add the onion rings and fry until golden brown. Squeeze the orange and finally deglaze everything with the juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve cold or warm with raclette.
