Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, small (e.g. Gnocchetti Sardi)
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 100 g cooked ham
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
- 1 cup of cream
- chili powder
- vodka
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté both in a pan with olive oil. Add the finely diced ham and fry briefly. Now add the tomato paste, stir, and fry briefly. Deglaze with a good shot of vodka and pour in the passata. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. Add the cream, bring back to a boil, and season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and a little more vodka. Mix with the hot pasta and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
