Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 point Gnocchi
- 150 g spinach (frozen)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g cheese of your choice, grated
Instructions

Gnocchi baked with spinach and feta
First, thaw the spinach. Cook the gnocchi in salted water according to the package instructions (if you like, you can also add two fingertips of thyme to the salted water). Then drain through a sieve. Transfer the gnocchi to a small baking dish and scatter the thawed spinach over the top. Crumble the feta cheese over the top and mix everything together with a spoon. Then scatter the grated cheese over the top. Cook in a preheated oven at 225°C to 250°C for about 25 minutes. Serve hot. Gnocchi a la Spinachi also make a great side dish, for example, with Wiener Schnitzel.
