Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g gnocchi, ready-made, filled
- 300 g frozen vegetables, e.g. carrots, peas and sugar snap peas
- 150g mozzarella
- 50 g Parmesan
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the filled gnocchi in water according to the manufacturer’s instructions until they float to the top. Drain the gnocchi and set aside. Meanwhile, prepare the frozen vegetables according to the package instructions. Grease a baking dish with butter. Arrange the gnocchi in the dish. Top with the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the Parmesan cheese and spread it over the gnocchi. Thinly slice the mozzarella. Spread it over the baking dish. The oven is preheated. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 15 minutes, until a golden brown crust forms. Serve with a green salad and a good red wine.
