Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- Salt and pepper, white
- 5 m.-large tomato(s)
- 250g mozzarella
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 3 eggs
- 200 g whipped cream
- Paprika powder, sweet
- Herbs of Provence
- basil
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the spaghetti. Combine the eggs and cream, then stir in the diced onion and garlic. Season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix the drained spaghetti with the egg and cream. Form the spaghetti into nests and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour the remaining egg and cream over the spaghetti. Place a tomato slice and a cheese slice on each nest. Sprinkle with herbs. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C fan/convection oven) for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with basil.
