Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 450 g broccoli
- 1 package of gnocchi
- ½ liter of milk
- ¾ liter vegetable broth
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 cup sour cream
- Nutmeg, grated
- Salt
- pepper
- Soy sauce

Wash, trim, and finely chop the broccoli. Cook it in 3/4 liter of broth until tender. Then puree it with a hand blender. Add the milk and seasonings, and season to taste. Add the gnocchi and let it simmer; do not boil. Add the sour cream and season with soy sauce. Finally, dice the eggs and add them. Variation: Add more gnocchi and the appropriate amount of liquid as needed. If you don’t like it, you can omit the eggs.
