Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g gnocchi from the refrigerated counter
- olive oil
- 150 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 pack of mini mozzarella
- 100 g basil pesto
- salt and pepper
- pine nuts

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, halve the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Drain the gnocchi and then fry them in a pan with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. When the gnocchi are browned, add the cherry tomatoes and sauté briefly. Then add the pesto, stir, and season again if desired. Finally, add the mozzarella balls and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts, if desired.
