Gnocchi casserole Frutti di Mare

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 250 g seafood
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • 200 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp ajvar
  • 1 tbsp butter, for the mold
  • 1 some olive oil
  • some dill, fresh
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Chervil, shredded
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the gnocchi in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Peel and chop the onion. Chop the dill as finely as possible. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the onion. Add the seafood and fry briefly. Deglaze with wine and bring to a boil. Stir in the passata and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Season with the chopped dill, ajvar, pepper, salt, and chervil and set aside. Grease a baking dish with butter. Transfer the gnocchi and the contents of the pan to the baking dish and toss to combine. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
