  • 1 egg(s)
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise, or sour cream
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. tomato sauce or ketchup
  • e.g. tomato(s), sliced
  • n. B. sausage
  • e.g. mayonnaise
  • n. B. cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Prepare all the ingredients for the topping. Mix the egg, flour, sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and salt into a batter. The batter will be quite runny. Pour the batter into a warm pan. Reduce the heat to low to prevent the bottom of the pizza from burning. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza, then spread the desired topping on the pizza. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the pan and wait until the cheese melts and the pizza base turns a golden brown. Be careful not to burn the pizza base. Then simply slide it onto a flat plate.
