Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g gnocchi
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml pesto
  • herbs, fresh
  • Garlic granules
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 14 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes

with pesto dip

In a bowl, toss the gnocci with the spices, herbs of your choice, and Parmesan cheese. Fry in an air fryer at 180°C for about 14 minutes, shaking occasionally. Enjoy with pesto as a dip.
