potato pancakes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Garlic (if you like it)
  • Parsley
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Take potatoes that you have too many of, but that are already cooked, or boil them. Then you knead them (with a fork) and add an egg and seasonings like salt, pepper, garlic, parsley (as you like it), and an onion. Once everything is well mixed, you take breadcrumbs and make small patties and coat them in breadcrumbs. Then you fry them in vegetable oil, and you can eat them warm or cold. I often make them at parties; they’re always a hit.
