Gnocchi in tomato cream sauce with Vienna sausage

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi from the refrigerated section
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 4 small Vienna sausages
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ tsp stock powder
  • some salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the onions and add them to the preheated pan with a little butter. Add the gnocchi and fry briefly over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Add the cream to the pan with the gnocchi and onions, then add the stock powder and stir through. Then stir in the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Slice the wiener sausages into small pieces and add the tomato paste. Stir everything thoroughly, season to taste, and serve. If desired, you can sprinkle some salad herbs over the gnocchi on the plate.
