Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g gnocchi
- little oil
- 100 g baby spinach
- 50 g pine nuts
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- n. B. Dressing of your choice

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the gnocchi in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes and place them in a bowl with the baby spinach. When the gnocchi are done, simply add them to the bowl. Briefly fry the pine nuts and add them to the bowl. Finally, finish with a dressing of your choice, and you’re done.
