Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of gnocchi from the refrigerated section, approx. 400 – 500 g
- 4 minute steak(s) of beef
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 3 tbsp mild ajvar
- 100 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- some basil leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the beef steaks and bell peppers into strips, and slice the leeks into rings. Sauté the beef strips. Gradually add the bell peppers and leeks, then sauté the gnocchi. Stir in the cream and ajvar and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with basil, if desired.
