Gnocchi with broccoli and tomato cream sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 spring onions
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • 500 ml broth
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, clean and trim the broccoli. Then boil it for about 2 minutes, so the florets are still firm to the bite. The cooking water can now be used to make the broth. Don’t discard the rest of the water yet. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi. Wash and trim the spring onions, and slice them into rings. Sauté them in olive oil. Add the tomato paste, cream cheese, and broth and stir to combine. Now add the gnocchi and broccoli and season with salt and pepper. Add more broccoli cooking water, if necessary.
