Gnocchi with goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp broth, instant
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 150 g goat’s cheese
  • some honey
  • 125 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Chop the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the tomatoes and 125 ml water. Add the granulated stock and thyme and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Place the gnocchi in a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce over them. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Five minutes before the end of the baking time, scoop out the goat’s cheese into balls and arrange them on the casserole. Drizzle with a little honey before serving.
