Broccoli – Cheese – Cannelloni

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 20 g blue cheese (Gorgonzola)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 20 lasagna sheets
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Vegetarian

Soak the lasagna sheets in lukewarm water so they’re easy to roll. Trim the broccoli, cut the florets, and briefly blanch them in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, dice the mozzarella and Gorgonzola. Remove the broccoli, drain briefly, and add it to the cheese. Add the cream, blend everything, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture onto the soft lasagna sheets and roll them out. Place the cannelloni in a well-greased dish. Season the tomato sauce with pepper, salt, and oregano to taste, spoon it onto the cannelloni, and finally sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) until golden brown.
